Service Innovation and Impact Lead (SI&I) plays a crucial role in driving and facilitating positive outcomes for individuals from diverse Arabic speaking countries by innovating and coordinating service delivery across programs to ensure integrated, client-centred outcomes and high-quality support for the community. The role supports staff to improve service navigation, strengthen referral pathways, and respond to emerging community needs with a particular focus on the seniors program. The SI&I Lead also plays a key role in building and maintaining partnerships with community members, leaders, and service providers to enhance service reach, collaboration, and advocacy across the seniors and aged care sector.
In addition, the SI&I Lead contributes to organisational effectiveness and sustainability through data collection, analysis, and reporting, supporting grant development, risk management and maintaining accurate program records. The role provides operational and administrative support, including bookkeeping processes, and contributes to internal capacity building, volunteer and student engagement, and continuous service improvement. Working closely with management and staff, the SI&I lead helps translate insights into practical improvements that strengthen service capacity, client outcomes, partnerships, and overall organisational impact.
