To be successful you must have the following:
7+ years' experience in civil engineering
Proven client-facing experience with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Strong design management skills across concept, detailed design, and delivery phases
Experience in land development, infrastructure, or a blend of both
Ability to lead junior engineers and coordinate project inputs
