Benefits:

* A fair salary with regular increases in line with the EBAG.
* Generous leave entitlements.
* Transparent performance framework.
* Employee wellbeing support.
* Comprehensive training at commencement and throughout career.
* Secondments and promotions.

Child Safe Statement of Commitment: The Department of Justice and Community Safety commits to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people, with zero tolerance for racism, child abuse and inequality. We foster a culturally safe, child-friendly environment for all children and young people in our services.

Certificate of Aboriginality will be required before an offer is made.

Equality Statement: This role is designated as an Aboriginal Designated Position and is subject to special measures under Section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. Only Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply.
