The Opportunity

Flywire is seeking an experienced, self‐motivated Technical Implementation Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. The role involves engaging with client teams to implement real‐time integrations, build out test and production environments, and set up file specifications and jobs. Ideal candidates have experience in student financial services, front‐and‐back‐end configuration of complex systems, SaaS‐based integrations, and are interested in launching a career in Fintech.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the implementation team to build product solutions for higher education.
* Ensure client integrations, system performance, quality, and responsiveness meet Flywire standards.
* Schedule and conduct client technical meetings with school IT teams to share product knowledge, configure system preferences, and ensure integrated solutions meet client needs.
* Collaborate with product management and engineering to produce, maintain, and disseminate technical product documentation for internal and external partners.
* Contribute to product vision by collaborating with customers, product managers, and stakeholders.
* Help contribute to an ever‐improving culture and customer experience.
Qualifications
* 4+ years experience in technical software and middleware implementations (required).
* Experience in Single Sign On integration with CAS and SAML.
* Experience configuring, implementing, and integrating software or middleware in a customer‐facing role (required).
* Experience in technical and functional documentation creation and upkeep.
* Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs (PeopleSoft, Banner, Colleague, Workday) preferred.
* Quality Assurance experience and training.
* Experience in fintech or the payment industry is desired.
