Information Technology Services (ITS) Full-time, permanent position Base salary will be in the range $82,133 - $91,295 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 5) Based at our St Lucia location About This Opportunity This hybrid position provides technical and administrative support across IT enterprise systems, with a focus on operational excellence in the delivery and maintenance of Oracle Service CRM and related Governance, Risk and Compliance applications. The role serves as a vital link between Information Technology Services (ITS) and clients, requiring strong communication skills to ensure service quality, user satisfaction, and alignment with university standards. It demands independent thinking, creative problem solving, and a proactive mindset. Mentoring opportunities will support your ongoing professional development and strategic capability building in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Key responsibilities will include: Providing technical and administrative support for Oracle Service CRM and related enterprise systems within the Governance, Risk and Compliance portfolio. Contributing to system maintenance, enhancements, and process improvements to ensure operational effectiveness. Acting as a key liaison between ITS and business clients, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and service alignment. Supporting cross-functional collaboration and participating in continuous improvement and capability-building initiatives. Understanding of IT application support models, troubleshooting methods, and configuration management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and collaborate to resolve complex issues. Proven ability to manage time effectively, work methodically, and maintain attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively to achieve defined objectives. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach. Experience or aptitude in supporting CRM systems or Governance, Risk and Compliance platforms; experience in higher education is desirable. Willingness and ability to develop skills in software development, including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, databases, and system integrations.
