A qualification is desirable but not essential for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander candidates in NSW and NT, with five (5) demonstrated relevant experience. A current driver’s licence Demonstrated experience in case planning with children and young people who have experienced trauma, focusing on achieving permanency outcomes. Demonstrated experience in leadership/management, coaching, mentoring, and providing support and training to managers and staff. Understanding of current casework practice for children and young people, including trauma-informed, permanency-focused, and therapeutic case plans. Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NSW Working with Children Check.
