Systems & Quality Specialist
to join our team.
In this role, you will support the effective implementation and improvement of Daracon's Integrated Management System. Working closely with the Systems Manager and Divisional Manager HSEQT, you will contribute to document development, monitoring compliance, coordinating audits, supporting quality management activities, and helping to identify opportunities for improvement across the business.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Management, or a related field desirable.
Lead Auditor certification in ISO standards (ISO **** Quality, ISO ***** Environment, ISO ***** WHS) is mandatory.
Additional training in continuous improvement methods desirable.
Engineering skills desirable but not mandatory.
Several years of experience in quality, compliance, or systems roles within manufacturing, construction, services, or a regulated industry.
Demonstrated success in maintaining certification audits (e.g., ISO, OFSC, NATA).
Hands-on experience in management reviews.
Experience with contractor management systems and WHS compliance is essential.
Experience with HSI Donesafe and Microsoft Teams suite desirable.
