Relationship Manager - B2B
We are currently seeking a highly motivated ambitious individual who is voracious for success and thrives on challenges to join our sales team based at our City Office Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities across all B2B markets including Corporate, Logistics, Mining, Leasing, and Insurance.
* Customer Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales management team to formulate effective sales strategies, set achievable targets and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
* Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our car rental services, vehicle fleet and pricing structure to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
* Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, prepare contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sale activities, track performance metrics via SFA CRM tool.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing and Revenue Capacity Management to support the overall growth and success of the business.
To be considered, you should possess:
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Valid driver's license.
* Previous sales or Account Management experience.
* Knowledge of CRM systems.
* Proven track record of high performance in a remote work environment.
