Field Services Manager

Reporting to the PIC General Manager, you'll play a key part in expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and optimising genetic potential to improve production performance. You'll work closely with a number of stakeholders and producers, providing technical expertise and after-sales support, while promoting our product range across Queensland, Northern NSW and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
As a PIC representative and Field Services Manager you'll be responsible for:
* Leading engagement with producers to optimise genetic potential and deliver measurable improvements in herd performance
* Providing technical expertise, after-sales support, and on-farm service to a wide customer base
* Building, enhancing and maintaining high level customer relationships while promoting our brand and products to industry decision-makers
* Driving growth through the development of new partnerships and strategic opportunities across Queensland, Northern NSW, and New Zealand
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and producer information within internal systems and in order to support commercial outcomes
About You
In looking for our next passion driven team member, our ideal candidate has the below:
* 5+ years' experience in pig production with knowledge of the Australian pork industry and supply chain
* Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and solve problems across a large geographic area
* Confidence working with producers on-farm to achieve measurable outcomes
* Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or similar (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage reporting and record keeping requirements
