Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to deliver positive commercial results through strong negotiating skills, resulting in significant continuous improvements in margin performance.
2. Lead tender management processes and obtain final approval for all client submissions in conjunction with the Geozone VP.
3. Build an efficient, cohesive, and high-performing sales team across the Geozone while conducting quarterly performance reviews.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant oilfield or business discipline.
* 18+ years of sales, product line, commercial operations, and country management experience.
* 10+ years in leadership positions with excellent mentoring and coaching abilities.
