Salary:$***** - $***** Hourly Base Rate + Shift Penalties, Allowances + Super + Regional Shift Bonus

About the Role
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans
Apply sound clinical judgement and ethical decision-making
Foster respect and understanding across diverse backgrounds
Support and mentor care staff to uphold best practices
Engage in ongoing professional development and training
About You
You share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity, and are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians.
You bring:
Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
Experience with aged care software systems
A passion for elder care and person-centred clinical practice
Ability to work a rotating roster
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Group facilitation and one-on-one support skills
Minimum 12 months postgraduate experience (desirable)
Full working rights in Australia
