About the role
As a Snap Fitness Club Manager based in Wangaratta, Victoria, you will be responsible for overseeing the pre-sale of this amazing new club along with building your team and organising the day-to-day operations of the club once opened. In this full-time role, you will be required to ensuring exceptional member experience and driving the club's performance to the KPI's that have been set through pre-sale and on Opening of the club.
What you'll be doing
* Organising and running a strong pre-sale campaign
* Building a team from ground up in roles of Creche, Pt & Group Fitness
* Manage the club's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and membership administration
* Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement, retention and growth
* Provide excellent customer service and address member queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the club's facilities and equipment
* Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to achieve sales, marketing and operational goals
* Lead, coach and develop the club's team of fitness professionals
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
* A Minimum 2 years' experience in a fitness club management or supervisory role is an advantage
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional member experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Proficient in sales, marketing and financial management
* Passion for health, fitness and wellness, with a desire to inspire and motivate others
* Relevant qualifications in sport, recreation or business management are highly desirable
