Programmed is seeking a reliable and hands‐on Lab Technician / Production Assistant to join our client based at Scoresby. They are behind some of Australia and New Zealand's most trusted building products for homes and commercial buildings. This role supports the production of foil lining used in insulation and involves basic product testing and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct basic testing on insulation products, including flammability testing, strength testing, and general quality assurance checks.
* Ensure finished products meet required specifications.
* Assist production (floor) staff as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

* Comfortable working in a hands‐on, manufacturing environment.
* Reliable and proactive with good attention to detail.
Requirements
* Ability to work in a manufacturing setting (may be slightly dusty/dirty).
* Must wear steel cap boots and high‐visibility vest.
* Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
