Reporting to the Asset Management Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Set up of assets for new starters
Acquire approval and organise appropriate paperwork for assets requested nationally
Upload all documentation into asset software
Maintenance of employee records in Asset Software
Maintain and allocate all new and existing motor vehicles to the correct employees and business units
Maintain and update register of vehicle inspections
FBT logbooks
Manage mailbox queries
Ensure all salary deductions are taken up in payroll
Prepare monthly telephone summaries for financial accounting team
Review all current mobile device plans ensuring employees are on the correct plan
Employee mobile reimbursement management
Monthly audits of security cards
You will be a self-motivated, professional, and organised Administration professional who is actively looking for a busy role that offers a range of diversity each day.
