Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on customer service/warehouse professional to join our team in Kalgoorlie WA as a Site Facilitator. This is a permanent full-time role within the Inventory Solutions team, delivering exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the team's success.
Responsibilities
* Travelling to multiple customer sites to replenish vending machines
* Maintaining close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met
* Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements
* Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures
Qualifications
* Customer Service or Retail experience with warehousing knowledge is an advantage
* A very strong commitment to safety
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
* Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
* Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures
* Current and valid manual driver's vehicle license
