Location: Bundall, QLD 4217
Manager : $120,000 to $140,000 plus super depending on capabilities.

Requirements
* Accounting degree (BCom or BBus)
* CPA, CA, or IPA qualified
* 8 years plus public practice experience.
Duties
* Oversee the tax team in preparing annual financial statements and tax returns for various entities.
* Mentor team members including reviewing jobs.
* Oversee the BAS team in preparing Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements.
* Ensure compliance with state‐wide tax requirements, including QBCC, Payroll Tax, and WorkCover.
* Engage with clients through meetings, teleconferences, and emails.
* Oversee tax planning sessions.
* Collaborate with the team to efficiently solve client issues.
* Take proactive measures to prevent future issues and identify opportunities.
* Gain exposure to diverse industries in Australia and work with clients from around the world.
* Liaise with the ATO and other government bodies.
* Participate in fortnightly strategy meetings to discuss improvements for both internal operations and clients.
* Collaborate with our referral network of professionals, including lawyers, financial planners, mortgage brokers, and bookkeepers.
