Job Title: Assistant Accountant
Key Responsibilities
* Reconcile creditors and debtors accounts.
* Data entry of invoices.
* Monthly reconciliation of selected accounts.
* Assist in monitoring, managing and reporting on budgets and key accounts.
* Work with the Chief Operating Officer to identify, measure and report required metrics.
* Bank and credit card reconciliations.
* Payroll processing support.
* Complete regulatory compliance work, including SGC, FBT, PAYG, GST and Payroll Tax.
* Governance documentation as required.
* Ad hoc reporting assistance.
Administration
Support internal controls and adhere to policies. Maintain adequate records and governance documentation. Other responsibilities include:
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Contribute to a positive workplace environment and culture.
* Attend home matches each season to assist when needed.
