About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Bras N Things store in Innaloo. This casual position requires flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Provide genuine passion for retail and customer service, creating memorable experiences for every customer.
* Use initiative and be proactive, often helping before being asked.
* Communicate clearly, positively, and approachably, bringing energy to every interaction and creating a welcoming in‐store experience.
* Support the team with flexibility and availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
* Enthusiastic, positive mindset and willingness to learn.
* Confidence to use initiative and a proactive attitude.
* Clear, positive and approachable communication skills.
* Flexibility and availability on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
* Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential.
