About the Role Based at our Tamworth processing facility, this HR Business Partner role is focused on delivering practical, on-the-ground HR support to leaders and teams. You will partner closely with line managers to understand workforce needs, solve people challenges, and implement initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being visible, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support and coaching to leaders and supervisors Support the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding) Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations Support delivery of HR initiatives aligned to business needs Maintain HR compliance and documentation Build strong working relationships across the site About You We’re looking for someone who brings
practical HR experience and a proactive approach. You will ideally have: Proven experience in a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role Strong employee relations and problem-solving capability Confidence working with leaders in a fast-paced environment Ability to build trust and influence across all levels Strong organisation and time management skills A hands-on, team-focused approach with accountability for outcomes Formal HR qualifications are not essential — experience and capability are key.
