Fleet Operations Coordinator
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and provide exceptional support to our fleet management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain up-to-date fleet operations data, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
* Process vehicle registrations and renewals in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
* Co-ordinate fleet deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g. business administration, logistics).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
