We are seeking a Receptionist/Registration Clerk to join our team at our new dealership, Snowy River Bundaberg. This full-time role will be responsible for providing professional front-line customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our business.

What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming visitors and customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner
* Providing administrative support such as data entry, filing, photocopyin,g and scanning documents
* Assisting with the registration and induction of new customers
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
* Performing other general office duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office
* A friendly, professional and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
