* $71,709 per annum (LGIA Stream B Level 3 + Site) + Superannuation

This position offers a hands-on opportunity to progress in your career and gain valuable plant tickets (such as Excavator and Skid Steer), while playing a key role in shaping Rockhampton Regional Council's roads and essential infrastructure.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
* Hold a Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
* Must be capable of working harmoniously and productively in a diverse and multi skilled work team.
* Experienced Labourer in a civil construction and maintenance environment
* A positive demeanour with an ability with a customer focused attitude.
* Strong interest in gaining plant tickets such as a Skid Steer and Excavator.

Application Criteria
* Demonstrated labouring experience in a civil construction environment or similar.
* Proven ability to follow instructions within a team environment, and to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
* Competency to obtain various plant tickets such as excavator and Skid Steer along with a "HR" class licence.
