Details: An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced and motivated Infrastructure Manager three to join our Delivery - Housing Division. As a senior leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the ACT's housing portfolio and delivering real outcomes for our community.
In this role, you will:
* Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team to deliver the housing capital works program on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Provide expert advice and direction on infrastructure projects, contracts and program risk management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across government and industry to support program delivery.
* Oversee contractor performance, contract administration, and site-based activities to ensure quality construction outcomes.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Proven success leading large, complex, and politically sensitive infrastructure projects.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage, motivate and mentor professional teams.
* Expert knowledge of government procurement, project and contract management for high-risk, complex capital works.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
Mandatory:
* Hold a relevant professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management or accreditation with a professional body recognised within Australia; or
* Hold a relevant building degree; or
* Have significant building or Infrastructure knowledge and/or project management experience.
Notes: This position is activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
