Job Description
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. As General Manager for Brighton, you will be responsible for maintaining occupancy, building an exceptional member experience, and ensuring impeccable standards across your site.
Key Responsibilities
* Build an exceptional member experience, including delivering an extensive events calendar and building an engaged and vibrant community
* Ensure impeccable standards across your site - managing operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning
* Troubleshooting facilities issues and ensuring sites are compliant
* Maintaining Occupancy through your sales pipeline, touring prospective members, holding retention conversations with existing members and cultivating relationships both within the surrounding ecosystem
* Building relationships with your team, motivating them, training them, setting expectations and creating a service-first culture
* Improving our processes and questioning systems to make them as efficient as possible

About Us
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 to £48,000, depending on experience, and 31 days' annual leave time off, including bank holidays.
