EEO Specialists - Our workplace behaviour training delivers in-person and virtual workshops across industries, creating safe and respectful workplaces through interactive theatre and role plays. We donate 10% of profits to charity.
Workplace Behaviour Online Courses - We provide self-paced online compliance training covering essential workplace behaviour laws. We donate 40% of income to charity.
Our Philanthropy - We donate to charities empowering vulnerable women and children worldwide, with our team actively participating in volunteer and donation activities.
Founded by an experienced lawyer, our businesses have operated successfully for 16 and 4 years respectively. All training content is interactive, engaging, and legally accurate.
We operate using the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS), and we're seeking a General Manager to serve as our Integrator.
You'll be responsible for leading the operational and commercial success of both businesses, removing barriers to success, and working in close partnership with our Visionary/Founder/Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute 10-year, 3-year, 1-year, and quarterly (90-day) business plans
* Integrate major business functions and resolve cross-functional issues
* Lead communications across the organisation
* Drive operational excellence and business growth
* Support the Director's transition from day-to-day operations to strategic focus
