Job Overview
This part‐time Home Maintenance Specialist role at Residenz supports older Australians in maintaining independence in their own homes in the Ipswich area. The position requires weekday hours (8am–5pm, weekdays only) with flexible scheduling based on the employee's availability.
Responsibilities
* Lawn mowing and gardening
* Pressure washing
* Window cleaning
* General home maintenance tasks
* Minor handyman tasks (desirable but not essential)
* Build rapport and establish trust with regular clients
Qualifications
* Enjoy hands‐on outdoor work and take pride in quality results
* Be punctual, reliable, and well‐organized
* Have strong communication skills
* Have a current Australian driver's licence and own vehicle with tow ball
* Have a current police check or be willing to obtain one
* Have a current NDIS check or be willing to obtain one
* Have a vehicle with a tow ball (required)
* Be able to travel at least 30km for job duties
* Have experience with gardening and mechanical repair (preferred)
