The Role
We're looking for a driven, tech-savvy Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team.
You'll play a dual role:
1. Sales to Homeowners – finding and pitching our innovative housing products and services.
2. Leasing & Tenant Placement – matching the right tenants with our properties and helping manage the leasing process.
You'll learn how to digitally source leads using advanced online tools (full training provided), and then close deals face-to-face with homeowners and clients.

* Identify, research, and contact potential leads online
* Present and sell ARS Places' innovative housing concepts and add-on technologies to homeowners
* Conduct in-person property visits and client meetings
* Lease out properties and onboard high-quality tenants
* Work collaboratively with management to develop sales strategies
* Stay ahead of housing and lifestyle trends
