About the role
We're looking for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth of Sqwincher hydration products in the APAC region (including Middle East and Africa). This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining distributor leadership with direct engagement of major end users and strategic accounts across industrial safety, mining, construction, manufacturing, foodservice and institutional environments.

Reporting into the General Manager of Sales you will:
* Own sustainable revenue growth for Sqwincher hydration products across APAC via distributor-led markets and direct key accounts.
* Build strong pull-through demand by partnering with end users and supporting on-the-ground execution.
* Shape regional go-to-market strategy and provide accurate forecasting, reporting and commercial insights.
* Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to align activation, availability and profitability.
* Travel internationally as required.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute APAC go-to-market plans: identify priority markets/segments and support product/portfolio expansion.
* Lead distributor strategy: recruit/onboard (where required), set KPIs, build joint business plans and coach distributor sales teams.
* Manage key accounts and strategic end users: build senior relationships, lead negotiations and drive preferred supplier outcomes.
* Create demand: lead customer trials, demonstrations and hydration program rollouts to increase adoption and sell-through.
* Ensure commercial discipline: pricing governance, forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting.
* Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and distributor conferences.
* Support a safe workplace: report hazards/incidents and work in line with company WHS policies and procedures.
About you
* Tertiary qualification in Commerce/Business (or similar).
* 7+ years' experience in international B2B sales with deep level knowledge and an established network across APAC markets in this category.
* Strong experience in industrial, safety, or workplace solutions
* Demonstrated success in winning new clients and markets, ideally with experience in launching or expanding brands into new regions.
* Proven capability managing distributors as well as direct end-user / key account relationships.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and forecasting discipline; able to influence without direct authority.
* Experience selling consumables and/or industrial, safety, foodservice or workplace solutions (hydration/beverage/nutrition experience highly advantageous).
* Comfortable operating in a hands-on, field-based role with regular travel.
* Highly organised, culturally agile and a strong communicator who can build trust with senior stakeholders.
