Qualifications & Requirements
* Has experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and implementing behaviour support strategies
* Is calm, resilient, and able to maintain strong professional boundaries
* Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
* Has full working rights in Australia
* Holds a valid P2 or Open driver's licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel across Greater Brisbane required)
* Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
* Is open to completing required NDIS training modules
* Has strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
