We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented person to join our team as our next Volunteer and Operations Co-Ordinator. This vital part-time (15hrs/wk) role oversees volunteer onboarding, training, compliance, risk management, data collection and event support - helping us create safe and welcoming spaces for those we serve. As a Christian organisation, a personal commitment to the Christian values of the organisation is essential.
This role would be perfect for someone with demonstrated experience in volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, knowledge of risk management and compliance requirements, ability to maintain accurate and confidential records and databases, strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail, experience supporting and working alongside vulnerable people and volunteers in community-based or mental health contexts, excellent written and verbal communication skills, capacity to plan and coordinate events and training activities, the ability to multi-task and manage a variety of different projects across volunteer coordination, risk, admin, and events etc. In addition, the successful candidate will be warm, personable and enjoy working in a close team environment.
This role also comes with a fuel card and laptop.
