We are looking for an experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant with family law experience to join our team.

About you
You will ideally have:
* prior family law experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role
* strong file management skills
* the ability to manage time and billing effectively, with an understanding of client value
* low ego and high accountability
* strong emotional intelligence
* a calm, organised, and proactive approach to your work
About the role
The role will involve supporting family law matters across the team, with responsibilities likely to include:
* file and matter management
* preparation of legal documents and correspondence
* client communication and coordination
* diary and deadline management
* billing and time recording support
* assisting solicitors across active family law files
