As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and help keep our projects moving with great people.
We are about to implement SAP SuccessFactors, so experience with the system is a bonus!

You'll be working closely with leaders who need good people, across the business. Working on site-based positions and Malaga-based positions across the organisation.
This role suits someone who:

What You'll Be Doing
* Sourcing operators and site-based personnel for projects across WA
* Building talent pools through job boards, referrals, social media and industry networks
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* Supporting mobilisation and onboarding alongside HR and operations
* Working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
* Keeping candidates informed, engaged, and ready for site
What You'll Bring
* Previous recruitment experience within mining, civil or resources
* Solid understanding of mining roles, rosters and FIFO life
* Confidence using recruitment systems, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to move quickly and stay organised under pressureGreat communication skills and a team-first attitude
* Minimum 3 years recruitment experience within mining or resources
