Job Description
About the role
We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide end-to-end endpoint and workplace technology support across RWWA's corporate and retail environments. This is a hands‐on, customer‐facing role responsible for device lifecycle management, identity and access administration and ensuring reliable and secure IT services for staff.
Other key responsibilities include:
* Provide Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, operating systems and software
* Provision, configure and manage endpoint devices across their lifecycle
* Support collaboration tools including telephony, video conferencing and meeting rooms
* Administer user accounts, access and permissions across identity platforms
* Manage service requests and incidents through the ITSM platform
* Support endpoint security, patching and compliance activities
Qualifications
About you
You will bring the following skills and experience:
* Experience supporting endpoint devices in a corporate environment
* Knowledge of endpoint management and deployment technologies
