An established medium-density builder with a strong performance history and a fantastic pipeline of secured work well into the next few years, has a fantastic opportunity for an Estimating Manager to join their team and become a key player in their continued evolution and success.
Your new role
As the estimating manager, your role will see you oversee a small team of talented estimators, with key job requirements including but not limites to
- Manage daily performance & coordinate work flow,
- Liaise and work with suppliers in relation to pricing negotiation
- Navigate construction and buildability conversations with the construction team, and;
- Be responsible for developing and training staff.
- Systems maintenance and utilisation
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will ideally have
- You must have experience in the Medium Density construction space.
- You will have strong Databuild and Bluebeam skillsets.
- Proven people management is desired but experienced estimators seeking career progression are also urged to consider
What you'll get in return
Being a critical role within the team, a salary in the range of $130-150k is achievable, commensurate with the successful candidate's skills and experience.
