What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Managing key stakeholder relationships including customers, insurers and local suppliers
* Overseeing daily and weekly scheduling to ensure workflow efficiency
* Coaching and developing team members through ongoing learning opportunities
* Monitoring performance, meeting KPIs and managing budgets
* Driving a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement
About You
* Experience as a People Leader (or ready to step into your first leadership role)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Confidence analysing branch data and using systems effectively
* A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and motivate
* A commitment to business growth and operational excellence
* Background or interest in the automotive industry (highly regarded)
