Home Care Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home care services to our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients and their families.
Responsibilities will include:
* Providing general housekeeping and personal care services to clients
* Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping
* Transporting clients to appointments and activities
* Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
As a Home Care Assistant, you will work independently and collaboratively with other members of the care team to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients.
Requirements:
* 3 months or more experience in a similar role
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients and their families
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and transferring clients
