Are you passionate about creating authentic pizza and pasta in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen? Join the team at Hay St Market as a Full-Time Pizza & Pasta Chef (Commis, Demi or CDP) and be part of a vibrant food destination where great flavours, quality ingredients and exceptional customer experiences come together.

What are your responsibilities:
* Preparing and cooking high-quality pizza and pasta dishes to established recipes and presentation standards
* Taking customer orders
* Assisting with food preparation and supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
* Providing friendly customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience
* Supporting stock control, inventory management and minimising waste
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience working with pizza and pasta in a professional kitchen is essential
* Qualified chef with relevant commercial cookery certification
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine passion for Italian food and a desire to grow your culinary skills
* Attention to detail and pride in presentation and consistency
* Ability to stay organised and work efficiently under pressure
