About The Opportunity
As a Senior Supply Officer you will provide high‐quality administrative, transactional, inventory management, and technical support to Procurement and Contracts clients, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer‐focused service delivery and inventory management.
Key Selection Criteria
* Sound knowledge of procurement and contract management practices, including legislation and accounting principles
* Demonstrated ability to perform financial compliance reviews, ensuring accuracy.
* Demonstrated experience in a role that required strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Demonstrated experience in a role that involves high volumes of data entry.Demonstrated sound level literacy, numeracy and computer skills, specifically MS Office Products.
* You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and deliver great service to internal and external stakeholders.
* You hold a current C class drivers' licence.
* 3+ years' experience in inventory, warehouse, or procurement financial management.
* Certificate or Diploma in a business related field such as purchasing, logistics, supply chain management or procurement.
* Forklift Licence.
The preferred candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
