Goodstart is offering a role that involves working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children. You will be responsible for ensuring every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work in the Nursery room, providing high-quality early childhood education to young children. The focus is on creating a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging learning programs for children aged 0-6 years
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inclusive educational approach
* Provide a safe and supportive environment that encourages children to explore and learn
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
