* Fixed Term, full-time appointment (12-months)
* Level A: $97,061 - $113,715 + 17% Superannuation
* Working from Blacktown Hospital, affiliated with UOW Liverpool Campus

The School of Nursing is identified as a provider of high-quality professional education and contributes to the generation and dissemination of knowledge within a research-intensive university. The Bachelor of Nursing program is offered at six delivery sites including, Wollongong, Liverpool, Shoalhaven, Sutherland, Eurobodalla and Bega Valley. In addition, we have an expansive postgraduate portfolio with degrees in Nursing, Mental health, Dementia Care and Health Leadership and Management.

The School of Nursing has an expansive research agenda. Our research strengths include Cardiovascular Disease, Ageing & Chronic Care, Mental Health, Primary Care, Nurse Education and Planetary Health.

About the role

Join a dynamic research environment supporting innovative, high-impact nursing research. In this role you'll collaborate with academic, clinical and industry partners to strengthen research programs and networks, while contributing across all stages of the research process.

You'll play a key role in supporting the COORDINATE-CVD Study, helping to design and test new approaches to care for people living with complex cardiovascular conditions. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you'll provide expert support to the Professor of Nursing and contribute to meaningful, real-world health outcomes.

About you

You bring experience in high-quality cardiovascular research and enjoy working across disciplines to deliver meaningful outcomes. You build strong partnerships with clinical, community, and academic stakeholders and thrive in collaborative environments. Organised and proactive, you're confident managing clinical research projects and providing high-level support across programs.

* The position is based at Blacktown Hospital but will require travel to other health facilities in Western Sydney Local Health District, and will be attached to the UOW: Liverpool. Travel between study sites in NSW and interstate may also be required.
