We are seeking a talented individual to join our WorkCare Claims team at JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd. This role will be based in Perth and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We have pioneered innovative risk financing and management solutions tailored specifically for Local Government clients. Our unique approach, especially in working with mutual funds, enables us to deliver effective solutions that protect assets, people, and communities. We proudly serve over 500 Local Government organisations nationwide.
Our Perth team manages the not‐for‐profit industry‐based mutual indemnity scheme (LGISWA), owned by 145 Western Australian local governments, dedicated to addressing their unique needs.
Claims Consultant
We will count on you to:
* Deliver timely and accurate work output using the claims management system.
* Collaborate effectively with your team, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
* Respond efficiently and professionally to Council enquiries.
* Provide high‐quality claims management services that meet client needs.
* Ensure compliance with the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 (WA), Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Regulations 2024 (WA), and the Principles and Standards set by the Regulator.
What you need to have:
* Proven experience managing end‐to‐end insurance claims.
* Solid understanding of the fundamentals of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act.
* Strong communication skills and a personable approach.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word at an intermediate level.
* Self‐motivation and strong organisational skills.
