Due to growth, we currently have an opportunity for a Service Advisor, to join our Service Department.
As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, your main responsibilities will include:
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Book and coordinate all aspects of vehicle servicing and/or repairs
* Setting and obtaining service sales and profit objectives
Skills and Experience:
* Customer service experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Sound computer skills
* Solid technical knowledge / understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)
* Current National Police Certificate, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
