Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and support to customers living independently
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve customer outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and reporting as required
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
* Able to provide care and compassion to others
* Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential
* Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating roster
* Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate
* NDIS Worker Check Clearance required
