About the role
Here's a exciting opportunity to be based from one of our high performing training hubs. In this role you will partner with branch leaders and the team to expedite your knowledge. You'll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly. Become a trusted team member and have the opportunity to move within the region and support other branches to share your expertise.
Day‐to‐day duties
* Providing customer service and information about products
* Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
* Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
* Keeping the branch tidy and safe
* Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
* Continuing upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives
We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:
* Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
* Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
* Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
* Has a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
* Wants to develop their career – either locally or within the broader network
