This SME organization is a newly ASX listed SME company, working within a niche IT services segment within the Mining/Exploration industry. This organization is undergoing an exciting growth phase, projected for accelerated expansion backed by a robust shareholder base.
The Role
This perm, part time position reports to the Finance/Admin Manager, where you will collaborate across the small and close-knit team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a busy, and varied role. This role's main focus is predominantly AP, AR, Bank recs, journals, and BAS. The role offers complete flexibility and is perfect for someone juggling the school run, where hours can be spread across 3, 4 or 5 days
you choose! There is also plenty of opportunity to take on more aspects of finance down the track to further enhance your skillset.
Responsibilities will include:
Full function AP/AR
G/L Recs
B/S Recs
Collections
Staff expenses
Aged Debtor/Payables reports
BAS
Journals
Other ad hoc duties
About You
To be a successful in this role you will need to be adaptable, be solutions focused, a strong problem solver and have high attention to detail. Previous experience using XERO software is ideal but not essential. You will also need to demonstrate:

3 + years prior experience in a similar role
