Theatre Stores Coordinator Role
Objective:
* To manage all aspects of stores, supply, and procurement functions for four facilities in a hospital network.
Responsibilities include:
* Effective inventory management.
* Procurement alignment with hospital procedures.
* Stock supply chain maintenance with suppliers.
* Provision of accurate stock quantities to meet hospital needs.
* High-level customer service to internal and external customers.
* Regular collaboration with the accounts department for prompt payment of invoices.
This role oversees human resources and operational management of a team of supply officers, ensuring efficient store operations.

We seek a self-motivated individual committed to delivering exceptional customer service with:
* All-encompassing experience in high-volume purchasing within a corporate environment, preferably with expertise in hospital supply management.
* Detailed knowledge of medical consumables and equipment.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in business software applications such as Outlook, Excel, and SAP, as well as team management and HR personnel experience.
