Strategic People Operations Leader
Job Summary:
This role oversees the delivery of efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR operations, ensuring a seamless people experience and providing supportive HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and policies to ensure clarity, consistency, and fairness across the employee lifecycle.
* Coach, mentor, and inspire the People & Culture team to deliver excellence in HR service, advisory support, and operational execution.
* Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to make HR processes smarter, simpler, and more people-centric.
* Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding, ensuring the right people, skills, and structures are in place to meet current and future needs.
* Provide expert coaching and advice to leaders on performance management, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, industrial instruments, and WHS, maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
* Champion initiatives that support wellbeing, engagement, and resilience, embedding a culture of care and accountability.
* Maintain robust HR governance, reporting, and risk management, supporting the Executive and Board in informed decision-making.
