About the Job:
The role involves operating machinery, performing quality and safety checks, and working in a warehouse environment. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, collecting production statistics, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate wet end, refinery, and packaging machinery
* Perform forklift operations in a warehouse setting
* Collect and record production statistics
* Conduct quality checks according to the HACCP plan
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Completed Year 10 or higher
* Strong organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Basic computer skills in Excel
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Physical fitness and willingness to undergo pre-employment medical testing
* High-risk forklift licence (preferable)
* Confined space training (preferable)
