Thales is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team at Garden Island. In this full-time, permanent position, you'll lead a skilled team, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure the successful delivery of operational requirements across major projects.
The ideal candidate will hold a NSW Electrical Licence and have experience in electrical engineering, particularly in shipbuilding or repair. You'll be responsible for delivering on-job training, guiding apprentices, and managing high-quality workmanship.
