We're seeking a results-driven Finance and Compliance professional with experience supporting financial operations, regulatory compliance, governance, and business administration within small team-based environments in a growing organisation. Skilled in accounts management, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting support, payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with Australian financial and ISO legislative requirements. Demonstrated ability to improve processes, maintain accurate records, and support internal controls while building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of finance and compliance experience, a formal accounting or compliance qualification of Diploma level or higher, Australian permanent residency or citizenship, proficiency in accounting systems including Netsuite and Xero, strong Microsoft Excel and analytical capabilities. Minimum 12 months of hands‐on Netsuite experience is required.
